Cancellation Policy

You will need to give us at least 24 hours notice by phone to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please do not notify us by SMS text messages as these cannot be received. If you do not cancel your pre-booked appointment you will be obliged to pay 50% of the cost of the treatment.
